Return Process

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided documentation to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- 3.Disposition Instructions
For safety reasons, please do not mail perishable food items back to us; we will provide instructions on whether to dispose of or keep the product.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or a replacement shipment will be dispatched immediately.
