Comando G’s Las Iruelas is a single vineyard wine grown at over 1,000 metres above sea level, near the town of El Tiemblo in the Cebreros DOP.
The cooler Northern side of Gredos and the Alto Alberche Valley make for some of the most profound expressions of Garnacha.
Las Iruelas is always one of the most delicate expressions from Dani and Fer, the site was planted in the 1950's and has a high proportion of Slate in the soil.
Highly perfumed, herbal, spicey with a driving force of acidity, this is one of the more Mediterranean examples for Comando.
