The 'Sin Titulo' (translates to No Title), is a wine that Viki makes differently every year. The 2018 vintage was a blend of Negromoll and Listan Negro. Negromoll is sourced from the north of the vineyard and Listan Negro from the south. The two varieties also have contrasting ripening patterns. Negromoll the last, whereas Listan Negro is the first.
The grapes are all hand-harvested and fermented separately after a short maceration and aged in used French oak barrels for about a year.
